CFM frames are specifically custom made to order—they are not stock items. To avoid costly mistakes, be sure to listen carefully when we read back your order. All returns must be authorized in advance by calling the office. Assembled frames, chops, and custom cut glass cannot be cancelled once in production, or returned due to customer errors in ordering.
